Hi-Rise Recycling System to be included in WCI Communities newest prestige building

state-of-the-art Hi-Rise Recycling System

With the installation of its system in the Windsor, a new beachfront building in Naples, Fla., Hi-Rise Recycling Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:HIRI) continues to be synonymous with luxurious condominium living.

The Windsor, under construction by WCI Communities, is located at 8477 Bay Colony Drive in Bay Colony, a gated residential beachfront community in Pelican Bay. The 21-story building has only 31 residences which range from 6,100 to 8,800 square feet of air conditioned living space and sell from $2.3 to $5 million.

The Windsor is designed by Eugene Aubry, FAIA, architect. Exterior landscaping is designed by Walter Taft Bradshaw, ASLA.

Hi-Rise Recycling System's patented system for multi-story buildings uses an existing trash chute and a rotating bin carousel to separate and collect recyclable waste.
