Unimax and Supply Technology Sign Partnership Agreement

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 1996--Unimax Systems Corporation, Minneapolis, MN, and Supply Technology, Inc. Costa Mesa, CA, announced the signing of a distribution agreement which will add Unimax's configuration management software to the suite of products Supply Technology provides to its customers. Supply Technology is a national supplier of telecommunications hardware and software for the Siemens Communications, Nortel, and Lucent marketplace. Unimax is the leading developer of configuration management software for the administration and update of PBXs, voice messaging, and complementary Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) applications.

Currently available Unimax products include support for the Siemens Communications CBX and Siemens Communications PhoneMail(R) (MAC-Ez Plus(TM)), Intecom's PBXs (IQ Admin(TM)) and Digital Sound VoiceServer(R), and Telident's E911 Systems (ShadowMAX(TM)). Before the end of 1996, Unimax will provide support for PBXs manufactured by Nortel (MACmaker(TM)) and SGCS (Siemens Communications in the United Kingdom). Lucent systems compatibility will be included in 1997. Additional voice mail systems to be supported include Nortel(TM) MeridianMail(TM), Hicom PhoneMail(TM), Lucent Audix(TM) and Octel Overture(R) (Aria(TM) and Serenade(TM)). Unimax configuration management products also support fault management and provide updating of multiple telephony applications, such as call accounting, corporate directory, and E911 systems. All systems are supported through a single-point-of-entry for improved productivity and data integrity.
