MARIETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 1, 1996--AT&T Tridom, a leading developer and provider of VSAT (very small aperture terminal) satellite communications technology, products and services today announced its new business address in cyberspace -- www.att.com/tridom Outer space is a place where AT&T Tridom has operated for years; now, inner space - cyberspace - has become the latest place where AT&T Tridom customers, prospective business partners and millions of Internet users around the world can visit and check out an entire company with the stroke of a few computer keys.
Available directly, and from the AT&T home page (www.att.com), AT&T Tridom's new website provides easy, around the clock access to company news and history, product and service information, training schedules and online class registration, and even job opportunities. "Our new Internet site is a natural extension of our customer communications," says Eileen McNamara-Raisch, president and chief executive officer of AT&T Tridom. "The AT&T Tridom Web site will provide timely product and service information and technical support and could soon provide the platform for a whole new way of doing business."
AT&T Tridom customers around the world can now use the Internet as a customer service tool that is time zone independent and open for business 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Looking forward, McNamara-Raisch and other company leaders envision AT&T Tridom using the Internet, by early next year, to deliver the latest VSAT software upgrades to customers worldwide.
