Integrated Dynamics Engineering names Cellucci executive VP and general manager

WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 1996--Thomas A. Cellucci has been appointed executive vice president and general manager of Integrated Dynamics Engineering, Inc. of Woburn, Mass., heading IDE's North American Operations and Worldwide Sales and Marketing Groups.

IDE is a major manufacturer of vibration isolation, electromagnetic strayfield elimination, and acoustic suppression systems for a wide range of semiconductor, life and health sciences, and research applications. The company serves a global network of OEMs and end users.

Prior to joining IDE, Cellucci was senior director of the Vibration Control Business of Newport Corp. in Irvine, Calif., where he is credited with re-vitalizing that business and leading it to profitable growth. Cellucci also has held senior technical and management positions at Coherent Inc., and the Shell Oil Co.

Widely published, Cellucci is author/co-author of more than 75 articles on vibration control, laser spectroscopy, and strategic management. Elected to Marquis' Who's Who in Sciences and Engineering, and the International Who's Who, he holds a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in strategic management and marketing from Rutgers University, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Fordham University. He is a member of the American National Standards Institute Board, American Chemical Society, American Institute of Chemists, American Physical Society, and the Optical Society of America.
