Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. announces tabulation of proxy cards will be completed after annual meeting

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 3, 1996--Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. has been informed by CT Corporation System, the inspector of elections for its annual meeting to be held on Monday, October 7, 1996, that the tabulation of the proxy cards will not be completed until after the conclusion of the meeting. The Company will report the results of the election and issues as soon as they are known.
