ITC Microcomponents Receives Approval on Escrowed Shares

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 1996--ITC MICROCOMPONENTS (VSE:ICS.) ITC Microcomponents Inc. announced today that the Company has received final approval for the transfer within escrow of 917,500 escrowed shares of the company to Mr. Derek Spratt.
Further to the company's news release dated June 10, 1996, the company has received regulatory approval to settle outstanding indebtedness by the issuance of 21,739 shares at a price of $0.46 with a hold period expiry dated June 10, 1997.
ITC Microcomponents Inc. is a leading developer of Man-Machine Interface (MMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) technologies.
