Technology Research Corp. announces record date for second quarter fiscal year 1997 cash dividend

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 1996--Robert S. Wiggins, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Technology Research Corp. (TRC) (NASDAQ:TRCI), announced Wednesday that it has established Sept. 30, 1996 as the record date for the company's second quarter cash dividend of 6 cents per share with the payment date of Oct. 15, 1996.

The annual cash dividend is 24 cents per share.

Technology Research Corp., a Florida based corporation, is engaged in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of electronic control and measurement devices related to the distribution of electrical power and specializes in electrical safety products that protect against shock, electrocution and electrical fires.
