The company has purchased all the worldwide rights and exclusive license to exploit the REPLACEABLE SHOE HEEL. This Patent Pending relates to a consumer's enhancing product for the shoe manufacturing industry, a shoe heel that when worn-out is easily replaced at will, by hand. This product will represent a significant cost reduction in replacing worn-out shoe heels. It is a simple new technique consisting of installing into the heel base of the finished shoe sole, or into the heel, permanently affixed an attachment to the heel base or to the heel itself. This attachment will allow the easy installation and removal of a heel.
The company now has 18 months for filing this Patent Pending, in foreign countries, especially in those countries well known as shoe manufacturers. The worldwide production of shoes as of 1993 exceeded 4,400 million shoe pairs excluding rubber footwear. Besides the United States, other major manufacturer countries are Brazil, China, France, India, Italy and Spain.
