Star Bank joins forces with Rini-Rego stores to give customers one-stop shopping convenience

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1996--Star Bank, N.A., a leader in quality customer service and convenience today announced it will be opening ten new full-service branch locations inside Riser Foods, Inc., stores in Northeast Ohio. This announcement was made jointly, by senior management members of Star Bank and Riser Foods which operates Rini-Rego Stop-N-Shop stores in Northeast Ohio.

Four of the ten new Star Bank locations inside Rini-Rego Stop-N- Shop stores are scheduled to open in November or December 1996. The four new Star Banks will be at the following locations:

8003 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, Ohio

14650 Snow Road, Brookpark, Ohio

22160 Center Ridge Road, Rocky River, Ohio

17887 Southpark Center, Strongsville, Ohio

As for the six other new Star Bank's inside Rini-Rego Stop-N-Shops, locations and opening dates will be announced as soon as they are available. The addition of the four Rini-Rego Stop-N-Shop locations scheduled to open later this year will give Star Bank nearly 70 full-service banking offices in Northeast Ohio.

Another major customer benefit will be the extended banking hours offered at the Star Bank Rini-Rego Stop-N-Shop locations. The new full-service Star Bank branches will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., depending on the location, Monday through Saturday, and from noon until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The branch offices locations inside the Rini-Rego Stop-N-Shop stores will offer Star Bank's customary high quality full-service banking products and services. Each location will have traditional teller stations and private office facilities. Customers will be able to conveniently take care of all their banking needs, such as checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, installment and mortgage loans, investment opportunities, obtain one of Star Bank's attractive credit card products, ATM transactions and more.

Also, customers of Rini-Rego Stop-N-Shop locations will have access to Star Bank "24-Hour Remote Banking" and the bank's "Five Star Service Guarantee."
