ZCL Composites Inc. announces major supply agreement

EDMONTON, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1996--ZCL Composites Inc. is pleased to announce that it has concluded an agreement to supply E-Z Deck composite decking products to Ace Hardware Corporation of Oak Brook, Illinois for sale in the Ace network of Lumber and Building Materials stores.

Ace Hardware Corporation is a co-op of 5,000 dealers located throughout the USA. The E-Z Deck product line will be promoted and available for sale through the entire Ace dealer network. The companies will cooperate on a product introduction program and commence E-Z Deck product training across the Ace Hardware system immediately.
