IMSI and Corel Enter Into Strategic License Agreement

SAN RAFAEL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 4, 1996--IMSI (NASDAQ: IMSI), a leading developer and publisher of quality software for the home and small business markets, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Corel Corporation whereby IMSI has agreed to provide Corel with clipart from its large library of high-quality vector clipart. Corel will include the images in its Corel MEGA GALLERY software.
