Unison Software and BMC Software integrate best-of-breed application management and job scheduling products

(NASDAQ:BMCS) today announced the integration of Unison Maestro, a leading enterprise job scheduler, and BMC Software's PATROL(R) Management Suite of products. Maestro can track the reason for the failure back through related jobs, systems or resources and then launch corrective actions, all from the PATROLole located anywhere in the network . The PATROL KM for Maestro is planned for availability in the second quarter of 1997. Pricing starts at $1,200 per Maestro or PATROL Agent. The PATROL KM will be available worldwide from both BMC Software and Unison Software.
