BNN Corp. Announces Exercise of IPG Option

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 21, 1997--Kaleidoscope Media Group (OTC BB:BNND) announced Thursday that The Interpublic Group of Companies has completed the purchase of 100% of Kaleidoscope Sports & Entertainment LLC, and agreed to pay a negotiated purchase price in full rather than over a three year period.

Kaleidoscope Media Group's operating companies are Seagull Entertainment, Hollywood Connection LLC (direct marketing), and Kaleidoscope Consulting.
