Revenue Properties Company Limited Approved by Nevada Gaming Commission

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 1997--Revenue Properties Company Limited ("RPC") announced today that its application for registration of the company and licensure of its gaming subsidiary, RPC Gaming, Inc., has been approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
On August 13, 1997, RPC Anchor Gaming , a joint venture between RPC and Anchor Gaming, was placed on the short-list of proponents for the ownership and operation of charity gaming clubs in the Province of Ontario.
RPC is a fully integrated real estate company engaged in the acquisition, development and ownership of income-producing real estate in Canada and the United States. RPC owns and manages 41 rental properties containing 8,436,334 sq. ft. (a net interest of 7,208,704 sq. ft.).
RPC is listed for trading on The Toronto Stock Exchange (symbol RPC) and on the NASDAQ National Market (symbol RPCLF).
