NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard & Poor's CreditWire 8/26/97--Standard & Poor's today withdrew its triple-'Am' money market fund rating on Scudder Institutional Fund, Inc. - Cash Portfolio, Scudder Institutional Fund, Inc. - Government Portfolio, Scudder Fund, Inc. - Managed Cash Portfolio, and Scudder Fund, Inc. - Managed Government Securities Portfolio at the request of the fund's investment advisor, Scudder, Stevens and Clark.
