Thermo-Mizer Environmental Makes Announcement

RIDGEFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug, 28, 1997--Thermo-Mizer Environmental Corp. ("Thermo-Mizer")(NASDAQ Common Stock: THMZ, Warrants: THMZW), a Ridgefield, New Jersey-based company which designs, assembles and sells products and systems used to monitor a wide variety of environmental conditions, announced today that it is negotiating a definitive acquisition agreement with Laminaire Corp., a Rahway, NJ-based manufacturer and distributor of cleanroom products and electronic assemblies. It is also negotiating the terms of financing arrangements with banks to replace existing mortgages of Laminaire's properties and other assets.
