Mosaic Recycled Paper: Change of Name of the Company

VANCOUVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 1997--MOSAIC (VSE:MAC.) Mosaic Recycled Paper Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is proceeding with its change of business application as announced in the previous news release of June 2, 1997.
In accordance with the Company's change of business, and to better reflect the nature of the business, the Company sought and obtained shareholder approval to change its name from "Mosaic Recycled Paper Ltd." to "Mosaic Technologies Corporation". The Company has obtained the approval of the Registrar of Companies of British Columbia to use the new name and is presently making application for the approval of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. -0- On behalf of the Board of Directors
