Prologic Announces New Vice President of Sales from Netscape

TUCSON, AZ--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 2, 1997--PROLOGIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC. (NASDAQ: PRLO, PRLOW) (BSE: PRC, PRCW) announced the hiring of Mr. Dan Udoutch, formerly with Netscape(R) (NASDAQ: NSCP), as Prologic's new Vice President of Sales. While at Netscape, Mr. Udoutch was responsible for engineering a new sales force within the Western Region that exceeded all goals and expectations. In the past, Mr. Udoutch has held a variety of senior sales management positions with NavTech, Tandem Computers Integration Engineering (TIES) and IBM.

Mr. Udoutch will be based at the BASIS, Inc. office in Emeryville, CA, where he will also be directly responsible for the subsidiary's sales operations.
