BNN Corp. Announces Symbol & Name Change

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 1997--Kaleidoscope Media Group Inc. (OTC BB:KMGG; Frankfurt & Berlin Exchanges:BNN) announced Thursday that as of the end of trading today the new symbol will be KMGG.
At its annual shareholders' meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 1997, the shareholders approved the change of name to KALEIDOSCOPE MEDIA GROUP INC. The company is known in the trades as Kaleidoscope.
Kaleidoscope Media Group Inc. (OTC BB:KMGG, Frankfurt & Berlin Exchanges:BNN) is a vertically integrated sports and entertainment marketing company with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Miami. Kaleidoscope Media Group's operating companies are Seagull Entertainment, Hollywood Connection LLC (direct marketing), Kaleidoscope Consulting and Kaleidoscope Sports. Current KMG sports properties include tennis, boxing and fitness.
