Paramount Medical Real Estate management announces appointment of new property manager for South Palm Beach County

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 20, 1997--Paramount Medical Real Estate Management (Paramount) has announced that it has hired James R. Hurlock Jr. to serve as property manager for a portion of Paramount's South Palm Beach County medical office portfolio.

Hurlock will be directly responsible for the management of Palm Court Plaza, a 138,000 square foot mixed medical and retail facility located adjacent to Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Fla. Palm Court Plaza consists of a five-story office tower, a one-story medical/retail open-air covered mall and a bank outparcel building.

In addition, Hurlock will also be directly responsible for the management of the Aberdeen Professional Center located in West Boynton Beach, Fla. The Aberdeen Professional Center is currently comprised of two 26,000 square foot medical office buildings associated with the Columbia/JFK Medical Center. Future plans for the Aberdeen Professional Center include additional medical/professional buildings totaling more than 125,000 square feet, and an assisted living nursing facility currently in development by Boston based CareMatrix Corp.

Hurlock is an experienced real estate appraiser and was previously employed by the Manatee County Property Appraisers Office. Hurlock is a 1993 graduate of Florida State University with a degree in real estate.
