Twenty First Century Health announces alliance with Naturally Scientific

LAS VEGAS--(BW HealthWire)--Feb. 5, 1997--Twenty First Century Health Inc. (OTCBB: TFCH) a Nevada-based personal care and health products company, has entered into an alliance with Naturally Scientific Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Under the agreement, Naturally Scientific will act as exclusive worldwide licensee for Twenty First Century's exclusive DHEA nutritional supplement in colloidal form and non-exclusive worldwide licensee for Twenty First's other lines of colloidal bio-therapeutic products. Naturally Scientific introduced the line to several national chains.

Naturally Scientific has entered into a letter of intent for a proposed $3.5 million initial public offering of its common shares. Under the alliance, Twenty First will acquire a controlling interest in Naturally Scientific. Frank Berger, Chairman of Twenty First Century, estimates that the initial public offering will be commenced in May 1997.
