iMALL files Form 10-SB

PROVO, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 7, 1997--

Internet commerce firm will become a fully 'reporting company'

in first quarter; filing also makes it eligible for Nasdaq

iMALL Inc. (OTC BB:IIML) Friday said it has filed a Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company said it expects the filing to become effective on or about April 1, 1997.

On the effective date iMALL Inc. will become a fully "reporting company" required to file quarterly as well as annual reports and financial statements with the SEC. Being a "reporting company" is a Nasdaq listing requirement.

iMALL is a leading full-service Internet commerce, education and services company. Its virtual shopping mall (http://www.imall.com) is the oldest and largest mall on the Internet.
