ORANGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 15, 1997--In accordance with the guidelines of the New York Stock Exchange, Bergen Brunswig Corporation (NYSE:BBC) announced today that the mailing of its 1996 Annual Report to shareowners will be delayed due to management's focus on the Company's pending merger with IVAX Corporation (ASE:IVX). Bergen Brunswig anticipates that it will mail the 1996 Annual Report sometime in February.
