WRQ's Reflection TCP Connection Certified by Oracle

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 24, 1997--WRQ announced today that its Reflection TCP Connection for Windows 3.x-WRQ's TCP/IP stack-has been tested and certified by Oracle for use with Oracle SQL-Net(See Note A) and Oracle TCP/IP Protocol Adapter, components of Oracle7 Server.
Said Stephanie Schuller, product line manager at Oracle, "I am pleased to announce the certification of WRQ's TCP/IP stack for Windows 3.x. Customers can feel confident that the certification ensures complete compatibility between WRQ's TCP/IP stack and both Oracle SQL-Net and Oracle TCP/IP Protocol Adapter."
Oracle SQL-Net and the Oracle TCP/IP Protocol Adapter along with Reflection TCP Connection allow a remote PC user to transparently access data from an Oracle database running on any operating system. Under the certification, Oracle and WRQ will provide worldwide support for Reflection TCP Connection when used in conjunction with Oracle SQL-Net and Oracle TCP/IP Protocol Adapter for their mutual customers.
