Cambex to be listed on Nasdaq SmallCap Market
Business Wire, July 10, 1997
WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 1997--Cambex Corp.'s common stock will be listed on the The Nasdaq SmallCap Market, via an exception from the Capital and Surplus requirement, beginning July 11, 1997.
While Cambex met the requirement of having $2 million in Capital and Surplus as of its last reporting period ended March 29, 1997, it is uncertain whether it will meet the requirement for the period ended June 28, 1997.
The company was granted a temporary exception from this standard, subject to Cambex completing an application for new listing on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market, paying all new listing fees and filing its 10Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission by July 23, 1997 showing at least $2 million in Capital and Surplus for the period ended June 28, 1997. The exception will expire on July 23, 1997. In the event the company is deemed to have met the terms of the exception, it shall continue to be listed on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market. The company believes that it can meet these conditions, however, there can be no assurance that it will do so. For the duration of the exception, the company's trading symbol will be CBEXC.
