MSH Entertainment Announces Private Funding Strategy

Business Wire, July 15, 1997

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 1997--MSH Entertainment (OTCBB:MSHE) has received private funding from two investment groups and has put S-1 registration for a secondary stock offering on administrative hold.

In keeping with this development, MSHE will be filing to become a fully reporting company.

Bob Maerz, CEO, stated: "This new funding will allow MSHE a depth of resources that are not usual for a start-up company. We are in a very exciting growth period right now. In 30 days, we launch the BETA program for `JETHRO,' our new animation application, and in 45 days we premiere our first children's series, `VAN-PIRES,' with Abrams-Gentile Entertainment.

"We are very excited about this show. The level of response from broadcasters has been phenomenal. It has been cleared in 90 percent of U.S. markets and will be distributed by Summit Media to air on Fox and Warner stations during Saturday morning prime-time slots, plus Galoob Toys has an exciting toy line in production that we think will have a big impact."

"JETHRO" is a ground-breaking animation rendering software management system, developed with the cooperation of Intel, which promises to deliver a "new look" to episodic animated children's television, with an economic viability never before available in this format. "JETHRO" makes possible the rendering of animation using PC workstations.

MSH Entertainment is a television, film production and music company, specializing in software development, with offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Its primary corporate objective is to create, develop, finance, produce, distribute and market entertainment product worldwide.
