Denison Files Preliminary Prospectus

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 4, 1997--Denison Mines Limited (TSE, ME DEN.) Denison Mines Limited announced today that it has filed a preliminary short form prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission to qualify for distribution of the 15,000,000 common share purchase warrants which will be issued to Nesbitt Burns Inc. as part of the consideration for purchase of the $8,600,000 subordinated note from Nesbitt Burns Inc.
