ORA Electronics Inc. announces Class A Warrants extension

CHATSWORTH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 1997--ORA Electronics Inc. (OTC/BB:ORAE) announced that it has extended the expiration date of its Class A Warrants from June 18, 1997, to Dec. 31, 1997.
The Class A Warrants entitle the holders thereof to purchase shares of the company's common stock at an exercise price of $5 per share, and with this extension of the expiration date, holders will now have until the close of business on Dec. 31, 1997, to do so. Other than the extension of the exercise deadline, the original terms of the Warrants remain unchanged.
ORA Electronics is a supplier of cellular, PCS (Personal Communications Services), computer, and telephone/modem accessories and enhancement products.
