AirTouch announces record date for second quarter dividends on Convertible Preferred Stock

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 1997--The AirTouch Communications (NYSE:ATI) Board of Directors has declared June 30, 1997 as the record date for the second quarter dividends on its 6.00% Class B Mandatorily Convertible Preferred Stock, Series 1996 and its 4.25% Class C Convertible Preferred Stock, Series 1996.
The dividend on the 6.00% Class B Preferred Stock will be $0.43500 per share, and the dividend on the 4.25% Class C Preferred Stock will be $0.53125 per share. The payment date for both dividends is August 15, 1997.
