Cable & Co. Worldwide Inc. announces appointment of Steven Katz, financing and strategic planning expert to board of directors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 1997--Cable & Co. Worldwide Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:CCWW) reported today that, subject to shareholder approval, Steven Katz will join its board of directors.

Katz is president of Steven Katz Associates of Milltown, New Jersey.
