NITROS Franchise Corp. corrects wording in third paragraph, first sentence in BW1353-6/19

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 20, 1997--NITROS Franchise Corp. (OTC BB:NITR) - Thursday announced it has entered into an agreement with ZAKASPACE Inc. for the design, creation and build-out of NITROS' Model Unit and its franchise locations.

ZAKASPACE is one of the nations premiere "Theme" restaurant designers. Since 1975 ZAKASPACE has designed entertaining, imaginative concepts for more than 400 restaurants, hotels and food service operations worldwide, including Hard Rock Cafes, Michael Jordans, Houstons and other national chains and franchises.

NITROS Franchise Corp. is engaged primarily in the business of franchising a system to offer in each of its Interactive Eateries, three distinctive proprietary concepts that encompass: made-to-order ice cream; the NITROS proprietary system for television-based Internet Access and the NITROS Gourmet Specialty Menu. NITROS intends to market its franchise opportunities nationally.

The founders of NITROS chose ZAKASPACE on the basis of the design-firm's proven ability to conceptualize, design and create unique spaces for its clients.
