Interchange State Bank and Lead America to Offer Full Line of Insurance Products

SADDLE BROOK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1997--Interchange Financial Services Corp., through its principal subsidiary, Interchange State Bank, began offering a full line of life and health insurance products on June 27, 1997, under the name of Interchange Insurance Agency.

The bank will provide these products in conjunction with Morristown, N.J.-based Lead America, an affiliated company of Royal Millennia Group, Ltd. (RMGL). Insurance representatives will be regionally located at bank branches in Hillsdale, Franklin Lakes and Elmwood Park.

Interchange State Bank is a full-service commercial bank based in Saddle Brook, N.J., with branches in Elmwood Park, Franklin Lakes, Garfield, Hillsdale, Little Ferry, Lodi, Oakland, Park Ridge, Rochelle Park, Saddle Brook and Washington Township.
