BROOKLYN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 1997--Polymer Research Corp. of America (NASDAQ: PROA) today reported results for the year ended Dec. 31, 1996. Polymer earned $169,828 ($.12 per share) on revenues of $5,078,569, compared with earnings of $356,943 ($.26 per share) on revenues of $5,179,149 last year.
In addition, Polymer reported that its board of directors had approved a 5% stock dividend payable on April 9, 1997 to shareholders of record on April 1, 1997.
Polymer Research Corp. of America is engaged primarily in research in the area of chemical grafting on a contract basis for a wide range of manufacturing and other companies.
