NetDynamics, Greenbrier & Russel Announce Strategic Relationship; New Alliance Reinforces Commitment to Creating Web-based Solutions for Fortune 1000 Companies

MENLO PARK, Calif. and SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 1997--NetDynamics Inc. and Greenbrier & Russel, Inc. today announced a strategic relationship that provides Fortune 1000 companies the technology and expertise to move their business-critical applications to the web.
Under the agreement, NetDynamics will provide Greenbrier & Russel's existing customers access to its advanced web application development and deployment technology, while Greenbrier & Russel will act as NetDynamic's primary partner for distributing and implementing the products. Using its nationwide software sales team, Greenbrier & Russel will market NetDynamics web development tools, and will offer Java and NetDynamics training courses across the country to both new and existing customers.
