National Auto Finance Co. offers VacationMiles as reward for participating dealers
Business Wire, May 22, 1997
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(AutomotiveWire)--May 22, 1997--National Auto Finance Co. Inc. (NASDAQ:NAFI) has announced the introduction of two VacationMiles programs to reward their participating dealers.
NAFI is a consumer finance company that purchases, securitizes and services car loans originated by manufacturer-franchised automobile dealers nationwide for non-prime customers. Their Auto Credit Clearinghouse division (ACCH) establishes relationships with banks and other lending institutions that refer automobile dealers back to ACCH.
The two programs, NAFIMiles and ACCHMiles, will offer a variety of travel reward options including frequent flyer miles to individual dealer principals and Finance & Insurance Managers who meet certain sales performance levels on a monthly and annual basis.
"This is a unique and fun way of recognizing loyal dealers, and a great way to add value to our program," said Stephen Stack, senior vice president sales & marketing for NAFI. "The VacationMiles program also allows us to demonstrate our appreciation and commitment to our dealers."
The VacationMiles program is marketed by Heritage Marketing & Incentives (HMI Inc.) of Needham, Mass., and VacationMiles(r) is a registered trademark of Kendall Marketing Associates Inc., also of Needham. According to HMI Director of Marketing Terry DeArruda, the program is ideal for rewarding NAFI's dealer partners. "The VacationMiles program clearly gives NAFI a competitive advantage over other reward systems," said DeArruda. "Travel is a highly desired reward, and this program has proven to be a sensational motivator for its participants."
Among the vacation packages that program participants can take advantage of are flights on most major airlines, rooms in most major hotel chains, cruises, and sports packages including trips to the World Series, the NCAA finals or the Super Bowl.
