Fujitsu Launches Three New PrintPartner Network Laser Printers; Versatile Printers Offer Low Cost of Ownership with No Excuses Warranty

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1997--Fujitsu Computer Products connectivity ease, high quality printing and Fujitsu's No Excuses warranty to minimize downtime.

"Our new PrintPartners are designed to provide a low cost, high-performance laser printing soluti All three PrintPartner 14 printers present high-speed prin ting at 14 pages per minute (ppm) -- two pages per minute faster than competitively priced products. Usimodate an additional 100 sheets or single envelopes. The PrintPartner 14 printers are PCL5e language- and PostScript Level 2-compatible with auto switching capabilities. Standard memory on the PrintPartner 14NET and the PrintPartner 14PRO is 11MB and is expandable to 67MB. In addition, Fujitsu's PrintPartner 14 printers have one of the onal distributor Tech Data and Fujitsu's authorized resellers nationwide.

In the unlikely event of a malfunctioned PrintPartner 14PRO, 14ADV or 14NET during the warranty period, the No Excuses warranty support guarantees customers an advance replacement unit within two business days.
As a further supplement to No Excuses support, Fujitsu has developed an extensive, user-friendly knowledge-based Web site, and extended its technical support telephone hours to include weekdays from 5 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific standard time.
