Encore Computer Corp. Completes Sale of Storage Product Business to Sun Microsystems

Monday completed the sale of substantially all of the assets of its Storage Product business to Sun Microsystems for $185 million following approval of the sale by the Encore shareholders at a meeting held earlier in the day.
