IPL Energy Declares $0.545 Quarterly Dividend

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1997--IPL Energy Inc.(TSE:IPL.) (ME:IPL.) (NASDAQ:IPPIF) (November 6 , 1997) - The Board of Directors of IPL Energy Inc. today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.545 per common share, payable December 1, 1997, to shareholders of record November 21, 1997.
