Thermo-Mizer Environmental Schedules Closing for Acquisition of Laminaire

RIDGEFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 10, 1997--Thermo-Mizer Environmental Corp. ("Thermo")(NASDAQ Common Stock: THMZ, Warrants - THMZW), a Ridgefield, N.J.-based company which designs, assembles and sells products and systems used to monitor a wide variety of environmental conditions, announced that it has scheduled the closing for its acquisition of Laminaire Corp., located in Rahway, N.J., on or about Sept. 17, 1997.

The acquisition price is $3,200,000. Laminaire is a leading manufacturer and distributor of cleanroom products and also produces a variety of electronic circuit boards. It has annual sales in excess of $6 million.
