Series "G" Redeemable 10 Percent Convertible Debenture

RICHMOND, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 3, 1997--UniComm Signal Inc. (OTC/BB:UCSI) (VcSE:USI) has arranged a private placement of a $380,000 convertible debenture.
The debenture carries an interest rate of 10 percent per annum and a term of three years. The debenture will be convertible into units at a price of 35 cents per unit if converted during the first year, 45 cents if converted during the second year and 55 cents if converted during the third year.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one two-year non-transferable share purchase warrant. The proceeds of the financing will be used for working capital.
