Progressive Networks to Market AirWorks' Products On-Line; Creators of RealAudio Provide Virtual Storefront for S/Link and TuneBuilder

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1997--AirWorks Media Inc.(Alberta Stock Exchange AWM, OTC Bulletin Board AWMSF) AirWorks Media Inc. today announced that Progressive Networks Inc. will market, sell and distribute TuneBuilder and S/Link through RealStore, an exclusive on-line electronic commerce website. The announcement is significant as the first sales agreement entered into by AirWorks with an industry leader in on-line distribution.
The RealStore will be stocked with relatively few products. AirWorks contribution will be S/Link (US$199) and a specially configured version of TuneBuilder packaged with starter content (US$99). Hitting the "virtual" shelves in late October 1997, both TuneBuilder and S/Link are capable of outputting RealAudio compatible files. Assuming 1 in 10,000 of the 240,000 unique visitors each day to the PN homepage purchase an AirWorks product, with product prices averaged, AirWorks marketing targets the potential gross sales from this site alone at US$1.3 million annually.
