NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 1998--The Dialog Corporation plc (Nasdaq: DIALY) today reported that The Prudential Corporation has recently purchased 95,023 Dialog ordinary shares, bringing their total holdings in The Dialog Corporation to 6,019,323, or approximately 4 percent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
