THOMASVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 1998--The Board of Directors of Century Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ Small-Cap:CENB) the parent holding company for Home Savings, Inc., SSB, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share payable May 28, 1998 to stockholders of record May 14, 1998.
Century Bancorp Inc. is traded on the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market under the symbol "CENB."
