Deloitte Consulting, Tivoli Systems Form Strategic Alliance to Provide Distributed Enterprise Systems Management

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 1998--Deloitte Consulting and Tivoli Systems Inc. today announced a strategic alliance as part of Tivoli's "Premiere Business Partner Program," to bring a global product/integration process to companies implementing Tivoli.

The two companies will use Deloitte Consulting's proprietary methodologies and the Tivoli Management Framework to provide implementation assistance to clients who have chosen Tivoli Enterprise Software to help address their distributed enterprise systems management (ESM) problems.
