Intervu Updates eyeQ Multimedia Manager With Four New Rich Media Formats On CD

New eyeQ CD Includes All Leading Video And Rich Media Players In A Single Package, Including Microsoft's Windows Media Player, Macromedia's Flash and Shockwave, And Cosmo Software's VRML Player

InterVU Inc. (NASDAQ: ITVU), a network enabler for video and other rich media, announced today a new version of its eyeQ(tm) Multimedia Manager on CD-ROM which now provides Internet users with the most comprehensive package of rich media solutions available. The new eyeQ features four additional multimedia players including, Microsoft's (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows Media Player(tm), Macromedia (NASDAQ:MACR) Flash(tm), Macromedia Shockwave(tm) and Cosmo(tm) VRML Player.

eyeQ automatically installs and updates various rich media players for end users, freeing them from the hassle of multiple downloads and installations. In addition to the new formats, eyeQ has been installing major formats including Microsoft(R) NetShow(tm); VIVO; Vxtreme; MPEG; InstaVU; AVI; QuickTime; and RealNetworks' (NASDAQ:RNWK) RealMedia players for over a year. In all, the new eyeQ CD will give users the opportunity to access twelve players. With all of these choices, users do have the option to select which players they want to download and install.
