InTelegy Announces $100 Employee Referral Program; Call Center Firm Invites General Public to Participate

DANVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 1998--InTelegy Corporation, a Danville-based call center staffing and management firm with clients throughout the Bay Area, today announced the launch of its new $100 employee referral program.
The program offers $100 to anyone who refers an individual with call center experience to InTelegy. The "reward" will be paid if the candidate(s) referred complete 30 days employment with a satisfactory performance record. Participants who send more than one potential employee to the company will be paid $100 for each person who is hired and completes 30 days of employment.
Those who are referred must have experience as call center representatives or managers in the areas of customer service, sales or over-the-phone technical support. In addition, applicants must have excellent communications and computer skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, structured environment. Salaries range from $11 to $16 per hour for representatives, and $38,000 to $55,000 annually for supervisors. Most telesales positions have bonus commission plans.

With this new program, InTelegy is expecting to fill approximately 100 positions throughout the Bay Area by year end. Some of their clients include Automatic Data Processing (ADP), CyberCash, SegaSoft Networks and NetWireless.
