(CA) announced today that it had extended the expiration date of its offer to exchange its Series B 6 1/4% Senior Notes due 2003 for its outstanding 6 1/4% Senior Notes due 2003, its Series B 6 3/8% Senior Notes due 2005 for its outstanding 6 3/8% Senior Notes due 2005, and its Series B 6 1/2% Senior Notes due 2008 for its outstanding 6 1/2% Senior Notes due 2008, until 5:00 p.m., New York City, time on Monday, August 24, 1998.
