HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 21, 1998--Mesa Offshore Trust (PCX SYMBOL:MOS) announced the Trust income distribution for the month of August 1998. Unitholders of record on August 31, 1998 will receive a distribution amounting to $140,265.62 or $.001948 per unit payable on October 30, 1998.
