Formtek and Staffware Announce Worldwide OEM Partner Agreement; Formtek to Embed Staffware Workflow Engine Into Its FORMTEK:ORION and Business Solution Applications

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 1998--Formtek Inc., a leader in the emerging integrated document and output management (IDOM) marketplace, and Staffware, the world's leading enterprise workflow provider, today announced a joint worldwide original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partner agreement.
The agreement calls for Formtek to provide integration between its products and Staffware's workflow engine by implementing network-accessible services.
The integration allows documents archived in FORMTEK:ORION to be submitted into Staffware cases and be routed throughout the organization. This results in enterprise-wide productivity gains and increased operational quality.
