Prologic Elects to Delist Its Securities from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market

TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 7, 1998--PROLOGIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC. (NASDAQ: PRLO, PRLOW) announced today that it has notified the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") that it will not pursue its right to appeal the decision by Nasdaq to delist the Company's securities from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
Management stated that although the capital needed to maintain continued listing on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market was available to Prologic, the terms and conditions of such capital were unacceptable to Prologic.

Prologic anticipates filing its Report on Form 10-KSB for the year ending March 31, 1998 on or about August 14, 1998. Prologic expects Nasdaq to discontinue trading Prologic securities and that its securities will be eligible for trading on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board soon after its Form 10-KSB is filed. The delisting may negatively impact the liquidity of the Company's securities.
